Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • All orders close 5 days before the lunch or event. For example: If there is an order taking place on Friday January 31st, the deadline to place an order will be Sunday January 26th at midnight.

  • Once the order is closed no changes or cancellations will be accepted. This includes editing, correcting, cancelling and refunding. Cancellations and refunds after the cutoff date will only be accepted if the entire lunch service is cancelled by your school.

  • Please note that the 0.30 + 3% processing fee is non refundable. No exceptions.
