The information you provide when placing an order is used by the lunch program coordinator for the sole purpose of providing lunches and will not be shared with anyone else. This information is retained only for the duration of the lunch program. At no time will your contact or personal information ever be sold to a third party. You may be contacted by a representative of your child’s school, or Healthy Hunger and its employees.
Student's name, grade, and order history will be seen only by their school's lunch coordinator and/or the selected vendor. No other users will see individual information including, other parent's and students. Restaurant contact and menu information will be seen by school lunch coordinators, and menu info will be seen by parent and student users.
Your access to parts of our website may be protected by a username and a password. Do not give your password to anyone. If you enter a section of our website that requires a password, you should log out when you leave. As a safety precaution, you should also close out of your web browser completely and re-open it before viewing other parts of the Internet.
Healthy Hunger may collect your mobile phone number when you voluntarily opt in to receive text messages from us. We may use your mobile phone number to send promotional communications related to Healthy Hunger, including information about school meal ordering opportunities and reminders about upcoming ordering deadlines. Message frequency varies.
Participation in Healthy Hunger's SMS program is voluntary. You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to a message. After you opt out, we will stop sending you SMS marketing messages, except for a confirmation of your opt-out where applicable.
Healthy Hunger does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be processed by service providers that assist Healthy Hunger in operating and delivering its SMS program, subject to appropriate confidentiality, privacy, and data-protection requirements. All other data-sharing provisions in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent from sharing for third-party marketing or promotional purposes.
Healthy Hunger retains mobile phone numbers and records of SMS consent and opt-out requests for as long as reasonably necessary to administer our SMS program, document consent and opt-out requests, comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, and maintain appropriate business records. Opting out removes your mobile number from our active SMS marketing list but may not require us to delete records that we are permitted or required to retain for these purposes.
Healthy Hunger uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect mobile information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or loss.
